| Natalie asked to spend the night at Grandmom's a few weekends back and I let her. I was actually really sad and the house felt incredibly empty without her here. I was really happy when the phone rang at midnight because Natalie was ready to come home. |

| Poor Nick had a really rough bout of croup, we made three trips to the doctor and one ER trip in under 48 hours. Poor thing will have a steroid inhaler this fall to hopefully help ward off any more respiratory infections. It was very scary. |

| He didn't like have his heart rate and saturation monitored, so the nurse taped it to his toe and zipped him up! |

| We somehow were the lucky recipients of a faulty pack of Huggies. Literally every diaper I put on his bottom he leaked through, and I'm not talking little dribbles.... I'm talking puddles. This particular day we were going to the grocery store and I changed him before we left home. When we left the store he was soaked all up his back, which earned him some impromptu nekkie time. |

When I was a little girl I mentioned to him that I wanted a swimming pool and I swear there was a backhoe in his yard the next day. Natalie asked him to buy her Tweetsie Railroad.... so he did the next best thing. Bought her a mountain house as close to Tweetsie as you can get! |
