I get really upset for my friends that want to have babies and can't. I mean, really upset.
I have no idea what's going on with our generation, but it seems that there are more and more women suffering with infertility these days. A lot of these women are my friends. Whether they've been trying for months and months, going through round after round of IVF or have suffered a devastating pregnancy loss, it seems to be the "norm". And that just sucks. I never know what to say to these friends, and I'm certain I've said something completely absurd to all of them at some point. So, to all my many friends that fit into this heartbreaking category: I'm thinking of you, I always am and I care.
